At Lunch Restaurant ‘De Gemberpot’ (named after the painting of the same name by Piet Mondrian), everything revolves around growth and development. Just as ginger cannot be eaten raw and must undergo a process to reveal its full flavour, our students from the Food & Service, Facility Services, and Culinary programmes go through every step necessary to develop their craftsmanship.
Every service, every dish, and every experience in our restaurant is part of their learning journey, with the ultimate goal: obtaining a diploma and delivering quality to our guests.
We warmly welcome you to Lunch Restaurant ‘De Gemberpot‘, where learning and hospitality come together.
‘De Gemberpot‘ is open Monday to Friday between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM.
You’ll find Lunch Restaurant ‘De Gemberpot’ at the rear of Invitez, at the same location where Restaurant Orchard is open in the evenings.
