‘Freedom soup’ at Invitez

This whole week, as well as the week after the May holidays, ‘Freedom Soup’, based on the theme of freedom, will be served. This soup will be available from our Invitez Streetwise Food Truck and in the Imagine Restaurant. The purpose of this project is to start a conversation with each other, with soup as a ‘connector.’ The subject of freedom will also be discussed in the Citizenship classes.

Throughout all of The Hague, Freedom Soup will be served in many places. Because ROC Mondriaan will be closed during the May holiday, including Liberation Day, the planning has been slightly adapted.

A special recipe for the Freedom Soup has been developed by the famous top chef London Loy. Although this project is meant for students, guests or people who happen to walk past the Food Truck are also allowed to come and get a cup of Freedom Soup and talk with our students.
