From Monday, November 20 to Thursday, November 30, Imagine Restaurant will be hosting the “Beer & Food Weeks.” During these weeks, our chef and students of the kitchen brigade will surprise you with a uniquely composed, delicious menu full of interesting dishes, in which various special beers are included.
On Wednesday, November 22 and on Friday, November 24, the brewer himself will visit Imagine during the dinner to tell you about the special beers that Pronck Brewery brews for connoisseurs.
A sneak peek? How about a beautiful fillet of plaice with (among other things) a beer-blanc sauce of “ Pronck Tripel” or a tender fillet of guinea fowl served with a foam and vinaigrette of “Hortusbier”? Starting next weekend, the menu will be published on this website.
