Competition Successes Hospitality Campus

Last week the National Skills Heroes Finals 2023-2024 took place in the Brabanthallen in the Dutch city of ‘s-Hertogenbosch. In an extensive MBO competition field, no fewer than five medals went to the Team ROC Mondriaan, including two gold medals for the Leisure & Hospitality Team, which is part of the School for Tourism, Recreation and Events. See in the center photo Mika Moorman (21) from Leiden and Anja van Lier (20) from Kwintsheul. The finalist Quincy Pama, known from the cover of the new Invitez Magazine, participated on behalf of the School for Hospitality and Facility Services and came in fourth, after an impressive performance.

Finally, Marit Visser, who was also in full competition this week in Riga (Latvia) during the international competition ‘Learn, Know, Do, Can, Show’ and managed to win a beautiful bronze medal. Once again, we can be proud of our hospitality campus!
