A Look Back at Christmas

What a pleasure it was to welcome you once again to our Christmas lunches and dinners. We saw our guests truly enjoying the delicious dishes that our students lovingly and attentively prepared and served. For our students, it was an honour to ensure that nothing was lacking for our guests during this past Christmas, and they look back with pride on these unforgettable days.

This year, we had the privilege of welcoming many guests, who together created a warm and festive atmosphere. Your presence not only made our Christmas events a success, but also contributed to a valuable learning experience for our students.

In addition to the culinary delights, a large number of students from the Dutch Academy of Performing Arts (DAPA), also part of ROC Mondriaan, provided festive Christmas entertainment with their musical performances throughout the Christmas period. We chose a new location for the stage, bringing the entertainment literally closer to the guests. From the many positive reactions we received, we can conclude that this adjustment is definitely worth repeating. In January, we will update the schedule for the DAPA performances on our website www.invitez.nl, so be sure to keep an eye on the calendar.

From the welcome at our restaurants to the kitchens, every student on our hospitality campus enthusiastically and lovingly dedicated themselves to providing you with a special Christmas experience.
