Off to a fresh start: Exams!

This first week right after the Christmas holidays, Invitez was completely focused on the serving and cooking exams for the first year students of the International Hotel and Management School. Our new education system is based on modules, each of which our students conclude with an exam. At the same time that the Restaurant Service exams took place, the first Culinary Art (cooking) exams were taking place in our instruction kitchens. After these exams, both groups of students will swap places and start their second module.

As guests, you reacted enthusiastically to the announcement in December about these exam menu weeks by reserving a table and helping the students to make a success of these exams. Many thanks to all of you for doing so, also on behalf of all the exam candidates.
