Special Treat on Teacher’s Day

This week a number of students from our hospitality campus made a treat in Imagine’s kitchen for all teachers and employees at all of the ROC Mondriaan schools. 2,600(!) coconut macaroons were prepared at breakneck speed and were distributed today as a treat at all Mondriaan locations as part of National Teacher’s Day.

Our cooking students learned yet another skill: preparing and baking a huge volume of ‘sweet treats’ in a short amount of time!
