In mid-February, 12 ‘excellent students’ once again embarked on a practorate. Eight students have started with the ‘Hostmanship’ practorate, while five are working on ‘Food, Innovation and Concepts.’ Following the opening sessions on 12 February, a lively social gathering took place to celebrate the launch of both practorates!
The Hostmanship practorate is hosted by Hotel Van der Valk The Hague, where students will be conducting research over the coming months.
The Food, Innovation and Concepts group will focus on organising and shaping a sustainability dinner, further developing the ‘Green Team’ concept, and creating a game for students about sustainability.
