    “From Forest to Fork!”

    Our culinary students from the School for Hospitality & Facility Services recently went on an excursion with ‘The Foraging Bon Vivant’ to explore the art of wild foraging. What can you use? What should you look out for? It was an educational experience right in the heart of nature!

    Back at school, the students contributed ideas for the development of Het Groene Lokaal – the flourishing outdoor classroom located in the courtyard of the school at Helenastraat 15. The aim is to fill it once again with beautiful, home-grown produce. This gives all students the opportunity to follow the growth process up close and to work with the ingredients in the kitchen.
