Restaurant ROOT concludes the HOP project

From 7 to 16 April, we will be opening our pop-up restaurant ROOT at the Hotel School of ROC Mondriaan in The Hague, located on Koningin Marialaan. ROOT is run by six third-year students from the Hotel School, who have jointly developed and are operating this temporary restaurant concept.

At ROOT, vegetables take centre stage. Approximately 70% of our dishes consist of vegetables, with the remaining 30% made up of fish or meat. In this way, we aim to demonstrate just how versatile and flavourful vegetables can be, while fish and meat serve as a complementary addition to each dish. We work with pure, high-quality ingredients and place great emphasis on flavour, presentation, and hospitality.

We are pleased to offer ROC Mondriaan staff a complimentary aperitif or drink upon arrival, upon presentation of their staff ID card. In doing so, we also hope to welcome colleagues from other departments to our restaurant.
