    HOP presents six new restaurants

    Over the coming months, six new restaurant concepts will once again be presented as part of the so-called HOP Project. In this project, students from the Hospitality Entrepreneur programme (IHMS) run their own restaurant for a period of two weeks. Of course, all other restaurants remain open as usual, meaning the HOP Project offers you, as a guest, an extra dining option!

    Last week saw the festive presentation of the various concepts, and now we are underway: from 20 to 30 January, the first ‘temporary restaurant’ opens its doors — Poto.

    Restaurant Poto – Welcome to Poto, where with every course you travel one step further through time. Our dishes tell the story of Greek cuisine: from the pure flavours of Antiquity to modern interpretations with a playful nod to tradition. Take a seat, taste history and experience Greece through the ages. Welcome to Poto — flavour as a journey through time.

    Our Greek restaurant offers a surprise menu, where you discover what you will be eating only on the day itself. We begin with traditional flavours from Ancient Greece and, with each course, make a small leap closer to the present. In one evening, you will savour a delicious journey from past to present.
